I'm indulging in a bit of a Friday pub thread, since I probably would agree with you and put Greenland in Emerging EMEA if I had to categorise it myself tbh.
But the fact that Denmark is Greenland's main economic partner (followed by Sweden and the Netherlands) is much more of a driver of that than the fact that Greenland is a dependent territory of Denmark.0 -

by "north america", HL seem to mean USA + canada. it is an anomaly that they are colouring greenland to match north america, not to match europe, but it won't affect the numbers, since there won't be any greenland companies.
but what about the Mercator Portfolio? roughly equal investments in greenland, europe, and africa. but the biggest allocation is in antarctica. of course, you would have to rebalance as greenland (and some of antarctica) melts.0 -

This country’s location - maybe even its existense - seems to confuse people!
You're right, perhaps competing with the Bermuda Triangle for uncanny phenomena...0 -

Dare I ask what region they put St Pierre & Miquelon into?0

Edit: Good morning. The region into which they put St Pierre and Miquelon (nb the grammar - just upping the pedantry in this thread) is North America. Do you have a hot tip there?0 -
