in august i cancelled my abbey account.... i hated the way the were treating me so i thought change banks!
well the lady took my card off me, i told her id burn my cheque book (which ive done).
but now ive been having statements through the door from abbey, saying i have £1 odd in the account. i took the latter down the bank and asked could it be transfered and she said 'no it cant'.....
i know its only £1 odd, but surely, they can transfer it into my barcleys account or something..... but why are they sending me out statements if my account has been closed down!
