New boiler quote

I just wondered if I could check to see what usual prices are for replacing a boiler with a Vaillant ecotech 835 green iQ?
I've been quoted £3300 for that inc an 80cm double radiator for the hall and upgrading pipework to 15mm from the meter to the boiler (approx 2m distance).
I see the boiler is around 1500 so I guess that means parts+labour at £1800.
Is that normal?

If you are in London then maybe this is competitive, but outside of London I would say that this is about 500-600 above a good quote.0
