Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.

I did but I can't find what I need, can only seem to see more general enquiries for them not the top brass so to speak.Fr. Stack: While you were out, I got the keys to your car. And drove it into a big wall. And if you don't like it, tough. I've had my fun, and that's all that matters.0

You won't get either of them on email. They don't use email, you have to fax them or telephone them.
Look for a fax number on their sites.

If you're really looking for higher ups, you're really wasting your time with email and quite likely telephone as well. The best method has always been snail mail. It's far more likely to actually get to the person addressed to (you can even bypass the secretaries by making it look personal, pink envelope etc, haven't tried myself but that's what the "professional complainers" do) and also far more likely to be replied to. Email if it's high up will get lost in all the spam and will not be taken as seriously even if it isn't filtered out of existence (e.g. it wouldn't surprise me if the address above gets thousands of emails a day PAST its standard spam filters). At least with a letter you can make it seem more personal and be more influential. And whatever it is you're wanting, you can CC it to the appropriate department as well, just the fact that they see you've sent a copy to their big boss can be enough in itself for them to suddenly fall over themselves to help you so they can then say to the big boss that everything is already resolved by the time he enquires about it with them."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

snail mail - one quick tip, dont use a plain boring envouple, put some stickers, use a fancty envelope, coloured envolupe, the reason , Yours will stand out tend to be opened first.
How many times have any of us, esp if its been a wack of post go through the post, boring brown, or white printed, someone wants money, brighl enevolupe gets looked at first!xx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Ps Dont rely on recorded delievery, merely means it gets signed for, pay extra and go for Special delievery, guarented to be there say next day, midday, there is no way the company can deny recieving it. Ive just doen a special delievery letter, cost £4.30, have the greatest pleasure knowing they will of got it. xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0
