In short. Had a pcn as Registered Owner, not the driver. Was late being sent (after 14 days) I followed instructions on Newbie thread for appeal with parking company. Letter arrived that pcn appeal accepted. Thank you to the dedicated team on the forum who have helped another case. Letter did not go into reason why appeal accepted by the way.
