PCN to county court clsim

I received a PCN from civil enforcement LTD which I ignored (as I have done previously). This car park is my gym car park and after 5pm is unlimited parking but until 5pm one needs to register the car. I arrived at 4.15 and forgot to register my car. I have now received a county court claim form with the claim now for £192 for debt + damages. Is is worth defending this claim as there was no fee for parking and no damage done!

    Welcome!

It seems you haven't read the NEWBIES thread, which tells you we win 99% of the time?

If you are posting on a phone, stop, and view the forum on a PC or laptop which will show you my signature below, and will make the NEWBIES thread and associated links readable. You need to research it properly and start with the 2nd post of that sticky thread (no link needed when on a laptop).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
