More likely that someone with a degree in home economics and drama from a university that offer degrees worth about the same as a roll of toilet paper has typed in the wrong address and or the wrong name. If you try to do anything that requires paperwork these days it nearly always comes back wrong. Lots of people are going to university but there seems to be getting less and less of the population who can actually read and type correctly.
