FAQ number 1 they have not actually lied, but they have been extremely economical with the truth, anyone receiving an LBC from them and going on their website is likely to be alarmed.
FAQ number 2 surely it is up to the PPC to go back to the DVLA
FAQ number 3 et seq, oh dear me.
Should not someone bring this to the notice of the SRA? There is so much misinformation there and I am sure that this contravenes the Code of Practice..

If so, should not someone bring this to the notice of the SRA?
The Criminal Case of Elliott v Loake 1983 bla bla bla
OH DEAR, don't Gladstones understand this was a criminal case and not applicable to private parking companies. How many more times must the courts tell these low life legals

Problem is Sir Deep, the SRA do not live up to the high standards they preach ... as you well know0 -
And to top it all off ... their website security certificate is out of date and flags up a warning. :rotfl:0

That whole page is nothing more than "Marketing BS" as an attempt to extort money from victims using pseudo-legal threats.
The amount of times they say they will not disclose any evidence until the witness statement is, in my view, nothing more than a poker bluff.
Bunch of shysters - nothing more than pretend lawyers who can't even win an argument in court against a fleet manager.
They're leaving me well alone now though- I have a standard "GFY" letter to deflect the occasional LBC that they do have the temerity to send me.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0
