Cica review advice

Not sure where to ask this, so if its in the wrong place please move it. I recently received an award of £3000 from cica due to historical sexual abuse. I was also physically assaulted by the offender but on seperate occasions to the sexual abuse. The offender has been convicted.Looking at the calculator used to work out the award it doesnt look like they have taken the physical assaults into consideration. Should I asked to have it reviewed and how long does a review usually take ?
Thanks for any advice

This is a benefits advice forum and not really the place to ask advice regarding this, infact no internet forum can give you this sort of advice. I'd advise you to get expert advice regarding this. Do you have a solicitor? If so then it's them you need to speak to.
