IA yes our customers were bloody useless, the amount of times they'd try to bring stuff back that was blatently nicked / worn etc etc....we used to have lots of girls doing the same trick with bras in boxes too! And mostly security would be at lunch / asleep / not there / no one in cctv room, so if ever anyone feels like turning to a life of crime, M&S is the way fwd haha.
Wilkster, I mean it's super expensive, and awful, and nothing ever happens here! Better?...I like my coffee black, just like my metal!
