Ive just discovered a giant dead spider in the middle of the kitchen. For some reason dead spiders scare me more than living ones - its cutting me off from the fridge so I cant get to my cheesecake. Help! x

hahaha you reckon..lets see anyone else joining the party from somewhere unusual?? I'm currently 220 mile of the coast of aberdeen and it's absoultley freeeeeeeeeeeeezing:rolleyes: but, started my diary today and feeling great. best in ages in fact. it's hard graft, i'm an abseilor on here and spend most of my day 150ft in the winter wind in a harness, but they feed me, i get an en-suite and they even wash my skants...bonus. 5 days down 10 to go. First party i've ever had offshore. Marksandsparkgal where are you if you are also far??

Wilkster - Well at home I'm from Hertfordshire (just north of London), but I'm a student on my gap year in Berlin at the moment...which is pretty far I guess, but still trying to be MSE! But I feel for you, sod hanging about in stupidly high winds! What exactly do you have to absail for? Like maintinance of the rig?

Update...sausage and mash def. all gone now, and def. feeling fat! But I'm storing it fpr the freezing bloody winter that's coming, urgh.
