    Include proof of the dates you entered and exited, via the tickets, for hte within 90 days ones
    STate that they have a problem, as either;
    1) Their system is not fit for purpose, as it has FAILED to record or FAILED to retain the data they claim it does, meaning it is not erlaiable and cannot form the basis of a sound system for producing charges. You will be complaining to the BPA that they are operating a system they are aware if faulty
    OR
    2) They have lied on the SAR, and failed to disclose ALL images are you required in yoru email of X date, reiterated in your fuerther email of Y date. You wil therefore raise a complaint to the ICO about their criminal breach of the DPA2018, and with Trading Staandards for their misleading and agreesive business practices

    Please indicate which option you are going to pick to explain your errors.

    In your response tell them you have proof the vehicle left, was elsewhere, and returned. Deliberately withholding photos of the vehicle exiting and re-entering will be reported to the ICO.

    Thank you both. I have sent a response based on your advice and attached a photograph of several P&D tickets we have from the last 90 days.

    Probably doing what they should have done in the first place ...... making sure they have a valid claim

    Since GDPR, these low legals are having to work twice as hard for the same money (apart from the fake £60 add-on)

    Even a kid could tell them that their method is simply not viable.
    Even if they win it's just peanuts

    I realise now that information should not have been requested in the SAR to the DPO. The NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread #2 of the stickie implies that you should ask for those in the SAR which is why I made that mistake. Maybe that should be updated.

    Thanks - it is on my list of edits planned (Indigo being the other main one).

    I will do it soon, but have sprained my wrist today so can't see me doing much more typing over the weekend.

    I will get onto it and am aware of the edits needed in the NEWBIES thread. :)

    Makes you wonder how many times ANPR does entirely miss an entry or exit.

    I know a fairly local Tesco here in West Sussex failed to capture my VRN once a couple of months ago, as I tried to validate my parking after shopping and the system couldn't find my car.

    You only have to be in a nose to tail queue on entry, or behind a high van, and they can't see you.
