For what its worth I understand that this Saturday all stores affected by the closure of the Coleshill depot last week
will be giving away a box of mince pies to every customer until the substantial special stocks of mince pies sent to stores for the purpose runs out.

This is by way of a thank you for those who were inconvenienced last week.

remember if you had a £5 voucher it runs out next Friday.

Hey thanks- i used Stafford Sainsbury on sunday and just stuffed receipts in purse- i've just checked and got a voucher too!

Just to add to the above now I have more info

The mince pies are being given away in the form of a voucher for TTD Brandy Rich mince pies voucher valid from 17th November (Saturday) to 24th December 2007 and is being sent to nectar card holders where your registered store is one affected by the closure last Thursaday night Friday morning of the Coleshill RDC.

so with 6 weeks or so no rush!

This happened in Sainsbury's in Spalding too. My DS went in and was told about the vouchers so with two young sons aged 18months and
2yrs 5months went around on a few occasions and stocked up on nappies etc. He managed to tell me about it during the week so I missed out. How thoughtful :mad: I am sure Sainsbury's can afford it!
