Play.com is reasonable as I've just purchased a SanDisk Extreme III SD Card 2GB for £14.99 with free postage.

If you buy memory from 7dayshops team up with a mate who needs a card because the postage stays the same for more than 1 item.
i have just had 2 x 2bg toshiba cards delivered for £17.93 inc postage.
