Barratt home kitchen

Hi everyone! Have recently reserved a plot with barratt. I'm due to see it on Monday. However I have a few questions.
My house has a 'gold' kitchen/upgraded kitchen. All white goods will be included. Just wondered if these white goods are normally intergraded with a gold kitchen. Anyone know?
Also if anyone could list what other extras they got with a gold kitchen would be great :-)

Does anyone know how much to have wardrobes fitted? Barratt said its past the stage of being able to add them so we will have to pay.
Thanks guys!

Regarding the kitchen - have you called the sales team to ask? Seems like you didn't look past the "gold" label and you were sold. Ideally all this should be in the sales brochure to begin with.

As for the fitted wardrobes - This is a how long is a piece of string question - anything between £1-10k depending on vendor, size, material etc.
  • I did ask and she didn’t know. Just showed us the doors and counter tops. We are getting a good deal anyways but just wondered if anyone had any experience.
  • Our home was built by David Wilson aka Barratts. As I recall ours came with the 'gold' upgrade which comprised integrated twin oven cooker/grill, fridge freezer, dish washer and free standing washing machine.

The dishwasher may well be dependent on house type.

All the white goods were made by Electrolux, while not particularly bad there are better ones to be had in the market place.
