these phoenix companies have come and gone leaving a trail of misery in their wake, so I for one would NOT be paying anyone like that - regardless0

Oh no.On the plus side i found someone who can help me with my fight.
Open your eyes and DO NOT look for a firm to appeal/write letters for you, nonononono.
I saw that website the other day and laughed at it, seems to be a guy on his own and his website FB and Twitter links don't even work, they take you to Sky News, I think, try!
Read it properly and you will see what it is. Some bloke in his back bedroom in Birmingham, seems to me.
There are NO appeals firms that we recommend. Check TrustPilot on some of them.
Nonono.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Has anyone heard of "Parking Enforcement Defence Solutions" ( Fair - Parking) before?
EDIT TO ADD
Sorry, read this as being the parking company - ignore my above ramblings! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I found this only last week:
http://www.fair-parking.co.uk/
http://www.fair-parking.co.uk/rac
The tabs don't work, the Twitter & Facebook links take you to Sky News, and the pages have 'Lorem ipsum' dummy text used by typesetters I think, before content is added.
Then a person I shared it with, found this blog on Google:
https://parkingenforcementproblems.wordpress.com/
It starts off with Council stuff and then about half way through starts including private car parks. Latest blog in July it seems.
Funny how whoever it is behind 'PEDS' can't remember his own company's name. Where is his eye for detail?
This blog is brought to you Parking Defence Enforcement Solutions. {wrong name!}.
My contact remarked:
''Quite a lot of boasting about its own popularity as well as some shriekingly wrong law''.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well i am kind of struggling with this which is why i'm finding ppl like him, I missed my popla appeal by days and they said they highly doubt they will accept a late appeal. I've called round various solicitors and even tho they advertise it most don't defend it.
I do not owe this company money, a very similar case happened near my town and the guy hasn't paid and the case has been thrown out but i do not want to risk a ccj over this? can anyone put me in contact with someone i could have a chat with about where i can take this next please? I really don't feel i am liable i have all the evidence i feel i need to prove that it is in fact my vehicle. Ive kept all my tickets, the letters from the companies all say overstayed time and i have the evidence to prove that is wrong. Even the debt collection letters state overstayed time which isnt why they say they are fining me? surely that should say In- correct VRM Number entered if thats the reason they say has caused me to break their terms?
Many Thanks

Fair Parking used to be well known but they seem to have stopped doing what they used to do0

Just save it for court
Post 2, newbies thread, takes you through the process you need to follow. You do NOT risk a CCJ as long as you pay a LOST case within ONE MONTH. Again, this information is all around.0 -
I am very close to just admitting defeat and paying this, it is literally stressing me out beyond belief, i just called up the BPA who asked me how wrong did i input my reg not sure how thats relivant? regardless its still a typo? but they seem to be on the side of the firm, seeming like this is a bit of a lost cause as i have no idea about this subject, a musician not a parking or law guru. I am reading through the post you have suggested in the newbies forum but most of it. Whats the likelyhood in small claims court i will end up paying more? I phoned them up the other day they agreed to bring it back from debt collection and I either pay £300 now to get rid or leave it 5 more days it goes to £500+ with debt collection. What would you all do in this senario?
I entered 4 out of 7 letters from my reg i'm from a small city theres no way there was another car with a similar reg in that car park on any of the days i was sent fines for mis entering my reg, alot of maschine's only want the first few letters which is possibly why ive done this in the frist place..
Do you all seriously think i have a case here that is win able?
Really appreciate all your advice, apologies i'm such a noob at this... (if anyone needs musical advice thats my area to return the favour lol)
Many Thanks

What we would all do is fight
THe IPC have stated that TRIVIAL errors in reg should not result in a charge notice - think "0" instead of "O". Hence whyt he BPA asked.
A court SHOULD view this as a DE MINIMIS breahc as the requiremetn for a FULL VRM is purely to allow you to make mistakes; they only need the first few char to be sure of the vehicle.
Yes, I think you have a chance. So do we all. If we didnt, we would tell you.0 -
Adam take the above advice. No way would i pay this.0
