Joint owners do I need to apply for probate

Hello I hope you can help me. My husband died just before Christmas. We had 'Mirror' wills so he left everything to me which is just a house which we both owned jointly. Any other money we had was in a joint Bank Account.
As such do I need to apply for probate, or tell HMRC anything about values. He only had a state pension which has now obviously stopped and we had about 6K in a joint account. The house is worth approx £375K
Many thanks for your help.
