Hi, I am wondering if anybody can help, I got a parking ticket at a local multi storey jsut before Christmas the company that gave me the ticket was MsevicesLTD, I appealed that with CMS UK Ltd and they said they find no grounds for the cancellation of the charge, I have now received a letter from ZZPS saying they want £160 or legal action will be taken, I have just called them to see if I can get a rejection number in order to re appeal with POPLA but they have told me I cannot appeal with anyone and they have no rejection number the only thing I can do is pay or the solicitors will be sending me a letter in a few days.


The parking in question had spaces that require a window pass for eg numbers 1 - 10 need a pass I was in 9 and was completely unaware of this rule the signage was I believe not only not visable enough but not big enough, I bought a ticket from the machine and I was within the time period but no valid permit is listed on the ticket. I have foolishly told them I was the driver in the appeal as I was not sure of the process, £160 is so much money am I screwed or do I have options I really do not want CCj's etc.

ZZPS are just a bunch of money scammers to ignore and never contact them. YOU DO NOT OWE £160, THIS IS A FAKE AMOUNT

You won't get a POPLA code as they are in a different scheme. All you can do know is ignore the mountain of debt collectors letters you will get.

Do not ignore a letter before claim or court papers. If you get either of these come back for further advice.
