Does anyone know how the £140 discount works, as far as i knew it wa knocked of the Electricity bill at the end of the year,
IO am with Green star energy and when checking my last bill which seemed too high for what i use,i asked if the £140 had been knocked off,i was tokld it didnt work like that, but was added on to credit
I always pay over the monthly amount i am supposed to pay, just in case of a bad feezing cold spell, but my credit doesnt look as high as it should do or as high as it has always been in the past
I asked my son who also gets this £140 discount and it shows on his bill that its been discounted,but not on mine

Thank you, yes, sorry couldnt remember the exact name of it
I got a letter as i have for the past few years saying i was eligible for this, but couldnt see any discount on my statement, so rang GE and was told the £140 wasnt knocked off the bill but was credited to me, Shouldnt there be some mention of it on my bill?or does it basically mean the same thing, my son has got this discount showing on his bill;
EDITED,I have just been in touch with GS again and it was explained in a better way, and this discount will apparently show on my next bill0
