Does the defence need to be formatted in a specific way? i.e font style, font size, line spacing?

I've found that it needs to be Times New Roman, size 12 and 1.5 line height in here:

If no one spots anything missing from the defence then I'll be printing this eve :)

You first posted your draft on Friday.

Many people have better things to do at a weekend than reading Defences.

You have four weeks before your Defence is due.

Can I suggest you leave it at least a few more days for comment?

There is absolutely nothing to be gained by filing a Defence early.

Thanks Keith, I guess I was a little eager to get the Defence in! But you're right there is plenty of time :)

I've got just under 2 weeks before the deadline, I've just been reading through the ICO code of practice and found these points, so wonder if it's worth adding them into the defence:

Page 34, Paragraph 1 “Parking Charges arise in a number of different circumstances.
When a motorist parks on private land that you control, you will have put in place terms and
conditions by which motorists must abide if they wish to park on the land. If the motorist
abides by the conditions they enjoy the normal tariff for parking and no Parking Charges are
    issued.

There is no ticket or pay and display, the sign simply states 'xxxxxx Customer Parking Only' with a small text underneath, there is also no APNR or instructions to record the VRN on the sign. I can upload a photo later to show exactly what it states.

There are also these points, but not sure they are strong enough to put in, even though the signage is very small.

Page 24, Part E, Paragraph 1 “…the signage within the site must be such as to be obvious to the motorist.
Page 24, Part E, Paragraph 2 “…Text should be of such a size and in and in a font that can be easily read by motorists”
