To much of a coincidence they phoned just after exchange.

To build the wrong house needs quite a few people messing up.

Check the planning, not uncommon for developers to change what is built on plots and forget to update their web, show room office customers etc.

Any other properties on the development you might like a swap?

One foot does not sound a lot but in a couple of our rooms it would make the difference between being able to have a wardrobe on the wall at the end of the bed or not.
