Hi
Reposting as I posted in the wrong forum
DH is out of work & needs to claim Contributions based JSA.
As I work full time we aren't entitled to any other benefits, but it was my understanding that he could claim this without being affected by partner income/ savings etc. He meets the NI criteria.
Every time he tries to claim online, it redirects him to apply for UC, which we are not entitled to due to my income.
Can anyone advise how to claim please?
Thanks
