I see your point but the thing is they tested the car at the time with no fault as req , first thing they will do if you keep on at them is ask when the brake fluid was changed if it ever has been if it had packed up a month after they tested it you would have had good ground but with such a long time gone i think you will struggle, but threaten them with some free advertising and such0
