Stamp Duty Question - Queensland

Hi
1. I bought a property with tenants in Jan 2019 and tenants lease expires on 11 Sept 2019.
2. I am the first home buyer.
3. Tenants have signed Notice to leave property on 30th June 2019, so basically current owner provided them some incentives to break lease early.
4. Settlement Date was decided as 03 May 2019.
5. Property is worth $490,000 and bank loan has approved.
My question is:
During the process of buying this property my solicitor asked me to fill up form D2.1. I did that already and submitted. So is everything correct as per the eligibility to get stamp duty concession? If I am correct I don’t have to claim any refund from stamp duty office because I have paid none…is this right?
