Can HSBC close my account if I claim charges back from First Direct as they are....?

I know the answer is probably no...but I just wanted to double check.
Can HSBC close my account if I claim charges back from First Direct as they are part of the same group?
I've just opened a new bank account with HSBC as a safety net in case first direct close my account as I'm going to try claim my charges back, but I don't want them to close my account either.
I also have an isa, e-savings and savings account with first direct...so will they close these as well?
