And it's still not a "fine"!

Thanks all for your advice and Computersaysno for his not-so-helpful chirp. Coffee should fix that mate ;) Apologies for not knowing that being in your vehicle with the motor running is still classed as parking - not everyone's as smart as you! :D

I'm on my break at the minute, when I'm home I'll draft up an appeal. Never appealed one before, I'm used to the ignore-it tactic but reading through here with this firm that's not an option.

    Hi!

I was issued a £100 fine from ParkingEye for "parking" at Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster for 38 minutes without a permit/authorization.

ANYWAY. I left the parking lot and came back twice..

Are you saying that the 38 minutes covered more than one entry/exit? If so, we have all missed double dipping.

I think the OP actually parked in a permit only car park so the timings are irrelevant from what my crystal ball tells me:

New parking regulations are in place on non-matchdays at the Club Doncaster Sports Village.
All visitors and guests to the stadium should park in car park 2 as car park 1 and car park 3 are limited to permit holders, with cameras in place to issue automatic fines to vehicles parking there without a permit.
