    Thank you for your feedback I had feared that might be the response...
    I had hoped there might be a solution such as the self regulating option (Flashpark etc) but if it is all unregulated then it seems this is no better.

    Sadly the many signs are ignored so it is back to the Parking review working party on this issue.

    We had a problem at one of my rental properties where there is an Indian restaurant on site. Delivery drivers blocking us in and out, so we installed a rising bollard. The DDs destroyed it.

    At another property we have a push button controlled rising barrier, but it is still abused by people with more than one car.

    The only solution I can think of is illegal.
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Like I said you can actually prosecute errant motorists. A couple of people appearing in the local rag because they've been fined may well see your problem disappear rapidly.
