I sent a recording of my accident to Nextbase via WeTransfer. As I live in a remote place with very slow speed of BB it would have taken ages so I decamped to 'civilisation' to do it at a better speed.
The footage had a fault and NB did some whizzy magic and sorted it, not to do with the actual incident!
NB were very helpful, both in live chat and service.0
