    Reduce the video quality or image size, otherwise you need an alternate method of sending them the video.

    Burn to a DVD or send them the video file on a memory stick.

    Upload to youtube, dropbox, onedrive?

    I sent a recording of my accident to Nextbase via WeTransfer. As I live in a remote place with very slow speed of BB it would have taken ages so I decamped to 'civilisation' to do it at a better speed.

    The footage had a fault and NB did some whizzy magic and sorted it, not to do with the actual incident!

    NB were very helpful, both in live chat and service.
