Can you pay for a home report (Scotland) with a Credit Card?

Is it possible to pay the surveyor for
The home report on a credit card? Before I get the “how can you afford a mortgage if you are having to do this etc” We have a lot of equity on our home to enable our deposit, moving fees and to clear our debt. We just need to get a shift on and get on the market.

Thank you in advance.

You can if you use a surveyor who accepts credit cards. There's no special reason why they won't.

If the surveyor is happy to accept payment by this method, you can.

Yes, I had my survey done via the Halifax who I got my mortgage with. I paid for my survey on credit card at the same appointment as getting the mortgage. They were not worried about my card as I paid it off in full each month.
Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.
