No dispute Boundary Issue on title deeds

Good evening All
Please could someone give me some advice re my title deeds. We are selling and have come across an urgent query!
Half of my garden is missing from my title deeds! There is NO dispute with land registry or the builders i bought it from as new in 2006, that my garden has not been added to my title deeds correctly, and i have evidence that it has always been my garden.
Does anyone know how long Land Registry take to correct a mistake for a boundary on a title deed (freehold), or if there is a form that needs completing by either the original builders, or myself, to amend the boundary line?
we are due to exchange contracts friday, and i have been told by Land Registry that the error shouldnt hold up the exchange/completion, but of course my buyers solicitor would need evidence that it is all in hand.
Any advice is gratefully received, many thanks

Have you checked who does own the missing bit? What's your solicitor saying about it?0

here a bit more history - i entered into a shared ownership agreement in 2006, and staircased to 100% in 2017, and the housing assoscation still have it on their title deeds. In 2007 they had a chartered building surveyor come and draw the plans of the development, (its very small, a few houses) and they included the correct garden boundary for my property, and having spoken to the housing assoscation today they agree it is my garden and are looking at rectifying it.
I am seeing my solictor tomorrow, but would like to know if there is no dispute that it is my garden, what is the time scale approx at Land Registry?
