I give up with you people!! None of you read my posts properly. Worse, you can't even get your facts right!
You're obviously so stuffed full of self importance that you are only interested in hearing yourselves whinge, and look for any reason to do so. If you can't find one, you invent one.

FYI I did contact them immediately I opened the account and set up the DD, but for some reason only known to RBS they couldn't take the first payment via that channel, hence the fact that I had to make the first payment manually, which unfortunately I forgot to do in time. Of course, to all you posters, that is the most henoius of crimes for which I should be castrated, followed by being hung, drawn and quartered!

Now to facts, If you miss two payments you lose the 0% offer, and if any of you could read properly you will have realised that the second payment was missed because of their error not mine, so the blame lies fair and square on their shoulders, which, due to my efforts they have now reinstated the 0%, not because they are kind and considerate but because they realised their error, OK?

As to irrelevant posts, that is far more accurate applied to your posts than mine. If you had bothered to read what I said properly in the first place and didn't jump to false conclusions then I would not have had to waste so much time putting you right. I can see that this was a waste of time, as is posting genuine complaints on this website, as they are shot down in flames by fools who can't even read properly!

Please don't waste your time responding to this post because I for one am not going to read it. I had some misguided idea that this was a good place to air grievances and help other folk to avoid potential problems, but clearly I am wrong, as all you seem to get here is a bunch of egomaniacs whose heads are so far up their backsides that they couldn't see or hear the truth if it jumped up and bit them!

This was the first time I had used this forum, and it sure as hell is going to be the last. Good bye and good riddance!
