little rant here
i got my car brand new vauxhall from main dealer 2013, the car has been serviced by the same dealer every inc the brake fluid every other year, 1 set of front pads changed once, all mots , EVERYTHING has been done by the same dealership almost 6 years
now the front pads & disks need changing (2nd lot of pads)
vauxhall is offering all members a 25% discount, i thought great, i see on vauxhall site fixed price servicing & repairs, so it works out 80 quid off, called the dealership up and nope they wernt having it,
called vauxhall up and they said yes you should have it, called dealership up again and again nope im not having it,vauxhall called me and said no your not having it, its on t&c not in fixed price repairs
so being so loyal to both vauxhall and the dealership getting a LOT of cash off me in the past now it comes for some discount and i get a slap in the face, i`m going to write a review on trustpilot for the dealer as its a national chain, btw reason i was staying at dealers the car has a lifetime warranty on it and wanted no come backs, well i wont be going back there from now on, feel very badly let down

you should have asked them to fill the fuel tank for you as well because you must deserve that too.0

If it clearly states that the discount doesn't apply to fixed priced repairs, then it DOESN'T APPLY to fixed priced repairs. How are you so different to everyone else that you think the rules don't apply to you?0

So discs and pads are massively overpriced at Vauxhall based on that. What is it a VXR? Get a decent independent to quote for doing the same job better. You don't get brownie points for throwing your money to a main dealer.Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.0

Are you not cutting off your nose to spite your face there - forgoing a lifetime warranty just to make a point nobody will care about?0 -
I guess you're not planning to be honest with your Trustpilot review? After all "Annoyed because I didn't get the discount the terms and conditions said I wasn't entitled to" is hardly damning is it?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Be sure also OP that you aren't over 100k miles as the lifetime warranty is limited to 100k miles. You did read those ts and cs didn't you?0
