PPS Parking Appeal- Help

Hi
I received a parking ticket "exceeding bay limitations". I appealed this within the given timescales set, and you can only appeal online/Via email.
I requested proof of this , they failed to issue evidence, i kept getting emailed an invoice and further letters in the post. I emailed a few more times requesting evidence of this, again they failed to issue this. a year later it has been passed to a third party company which have finally issued evidence of this after i called them . i have one wheel partially on the white line(in a car park) , it is not completely over the line, and if wheel was straight that would not have been an issue. It is clear in the photo i did not hinder anyone's access to their vehicle.
Question is - as PPS failed to issue this evidence when requested (only now when the ticket price has gone up) am i within my rights only to pay the original fine amount?
Or is it worth appealing that only my one front tyre is partially on the line and not causing any problems?
Any advice would be greatly received.

The first question has to be... who are PPS?
Is it Phoenix Parking Solutions Limited, or
Premier Parking Solutions Ltd, or
Private Parking Solutions (London) Limited, or
someone else?0 -
It appears that you may have given the scammers the identity of the driver. This is unfortunate but cannot now be helped.
Also, it is not a good idea to use your real name here as your username if that is what you have done.
Please confirm the full name of the parking company as there are several with similar initials.
The advice you will receive here will depend on which company you are dealing with.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.

What? NO-ONE would pay this! OMG you need to read the forum, we do not pay private PCNs and the entire industry operates a scam.Question is - as PPS failed to issue this evidence when requested (only now when the ticket price has gone up) am i within my rights only to pay the original fine amount?
Come back if and when BW Legal send a Letter before/of Claim, or a Small claim, as that's when the scam will be (likely) beaten, by you, with our help.
You need to read other BW Legal threads , we have hundreds.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
