13 months of letters to a company that put a CCJ on my credit file in error and no reply, help?

I have followed the advice of Experian and the Court involved, and now the financial ombudsman and have got nowhere! This has nothing to do with me and is causing me considerable problems with finance and costing me a lot of money as I cannot remortgage. It is for £2,500!! What can be done when the company reply to nobody - it is still listed on companies house.
