Tax credit repayment under UC

We've just switched over to Universal Credit and are due our first payment around 8th Feb.

Our tax credits have stopped and we've received a letter stating there is an overpayment of £290. Its mainly because my wages vary slightly each year and we had a CTC payment just before starting our UC claim. This is roughly what we expected it to be and have budgeted for it so its not a problem.
I understand this is repaid through deductions to our UC payment but is the whole amount going to be taken from our first UC payment or will it be spread out over the first few payments?

Our first UC payment is expected to be around £1070.

Thanks.
