Boiler and Cylinder Quote

Hi all,

Appreciate comments/feedback regarding the below quote for new boiler, plus option of a new hot water cylinder. This is for a 4 bed detached house.

Boiler
•Drain down, decommission and remove existing gas boiler and dispose of.
Make good old flue hole.
• Supply and install new A rated Worcester Bosch 24 RI regular heat only
boiler. New boiler to be relocated to side wall to allow for easier
service/access.
• Supply and install new standard horizontal flue system.
• Supply and install new Worcester Bosch magnetic filter. Filter to protect boiler in- line with guarantee requirements.
• Fully chemical flush existing heating system with Fernox cleaner.
• Commission, chemically treat and certificate to gas safe building
regulations on completion.

Optional Extras (Not included in total price)
- Upgrade all controls to incorporate the following: Danfoss 3 port pack, zone valves, cylinder thermostat, room thermostat and wiring centre. £250.00 plus VAT.
- Grundfos A rated pump and pump valves. £160.00 plus VAT.
- Fully power flush with Kamco machine. £250.00 plus VAT.
- Hive Smart heating controls. £195.00 plus VAT.
- All labour work comes with a 12 month warranty. All parts are under manufacturer's warranty
- Boiler comes with a 10 year manufacturers guarantee. Boiler must be serviced every 12 months to keep guarantee valid, we will send you a yearly reminder.

Cylinder
• Drain down, decommission and remove existing gravity fed hot water cylinder, cold water storage tanks, shower pump and all associated old pipework, fixtures and fittings.
• Prepare floor in existing airing cupboard with 1'' marine ply ready for new tank.
• Supply and install new Worcester Bosch Greenstore 210lt unvented pressurised hot water tank to existing airing cupboard, tank options and prices below.
• Fully re-pipe new hot water system and insulate required pipework to current building regulations.
• Supply and install 22mm Fernox hard water scale reducer to protect new tank.
• New tank D2 safety pipe (Overflow) to be run to outside and terminate in safe location.
• Supply and install new 22mm cold water main and new 22mm stop !!!! to new tank location.
• Remove heating feed and expansion tank. Install new 18lt expansion vessel and filling loop kit. This will make existing heating system sealed, preventing future corrosion issues due to air ingress.
• Fully re-fill, test and commission system on completion.
