Private parking ticket

Hi, i recieved a pcn for obstruction in a private estate
I have a permit to park but the parking bays are at a first come first serve basis and it was full as i came back late from work..
I had parked at the end of the estate which is a dead end in the middle of the road but at an angle to allow some space for both cars on each side to exit.
The sign board does say not to park in road ways but to park in marked bays however there arnt any marked bays just an open car park so does this help in anyway?
Do i have any grounds to apeal?
Its a private company "pcm"

As you appear to have contravened the terms and conditions of the lease you need to find a legal loophole. The best way to see if the pcn is flawed is to read the stickies/FAQs and POFA
The fact that there are no marked bays will certainly help your case. Read this

No appeal will work v PCM but we beat them in court. They are ex-clampers with a terrible reputation, and such firms have NO PLACE at your home and you should be lobbying with neighbours to get them kicked out by the Managing Agents.Do i have any grounds to apeal?

No residential site needs a scum parking firm, ever.
Please read any residential parking thread to learn about what you are now caught up in and how to win. And read the NEWBIES thread, see my signature.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
