  • I have been advised to send a formal letter to her first before submitting a claim. I have also heard again from her today stating that there were terms and conditions that were signed however I saw absolutely no terms and conditions I only signed a booking form of which no terms and conditions were given at the time so was wondering where I stand in relations to this also now as I think she is trying to play clever one here! Thanks for all your help! :)
