Using base units as wall unit?

I'm putting cupboards in a utility room and wanted the depth of the base units (no worktop needed) all along one wall
Is it possible to put base cabinets on top of eachother with no gap -all along and up one wall? What might we need to consider when doing this?
Thanks in advance!

I've done similar but I had a worktop on top of the bottom units and sat the top units on that (and I screwed them to the wall)0 -
Ooh where??
Is it larder cabinets?
I got a quote from bnq (base cabinets) which worked out to less than 500 to fill space 220width and 210 height with cabinets. Larder cabinets worked out to 2k for the same space0 -
Is there a reason why you had a worktop between cabinets? I presume the worktop got completely covered anyway? Many thanks0

The Ikea larder units are £40 each for the carcass.
The cheapest door is £16. The most expensive is £129.
You buy shelves, hinges and handles separately, but they're a few quid each.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Utility full wall do you even need or want standard units?
Decide what the space is for and customise.
Full depth full hight is almost walkin getting to the stuff at the back will be a nightmare.
Think about what is going in the space.0
