Hello,
Received a Notice of County Court Claim. I have never appealed previous letters:
- First PCN was sent to incorrect address (old address)
- Never seen any photographic evidence. Never received a ticket on my windshield.
- It is an ANPR camera apparently.
I will send an SAR to Britannia and an email to BW legal to ask them to place on hold.
Any other advice?
Thanks

Continue to read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2 (you seem to have made a good start in understanding what your early actions should be).Any other advice?
Have you tried for a landholder cancellation?
Have Britannia and BWL had formal notification for you of your new address to try to eliminate the potential for important stuff going to the former address, with the risk of a default CCJ?
Complain to your MP.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If the reason for the PCN going to an incorrect address was because you didn't update your V5C, I hope you have done it now to avoid a fine from DVLC.0

If you have an actual claim, you need to defend it as per the NEWBIES thread 2nd post.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
