I just wanted to update this in case anyone arrives at this thread in a future search. I applied to Virgin Money and was given an £11000 credit limit, and am now able to transfer all of my debt onto there interest free for 29 months, which should give me enough time to pay it all off in full. I'm happy, and can already feel the weight lifted a bit. Thanks for all your help MSE forum goers.
