Tenerife North is almost a domestic airport these days. Very few international flights when you compare this to TFS:

Have to agree it is a very misleading thing for the travel company to have stated, especially if its aimed at the Brits, which Teletext Holidays clearly will be

Teletext will not have written the website copy. It will have been taken from the source feed of the hotel inventory. Possibly the hotel but more likely a bedbank. The copy is generic and not targeted or written for a particular travel company client or nationality.
