Administrative Charges on Childcare Vouchers

Hi all,

I am using childcare vouchers with sodexho to pay for my daughers nursery fees.

However, they have recently levied a £5 per month administrative charge on all parents using vouchers, not applicable to parents who pay by other means.

I wondered what might be the legality of such a charge. Anyone have any thoughts?
