which will run from 11/01/2019 to 01/02/2019 on Heart (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must:
• Go online to https://www.heart.co.uk to upload their Faces for Florida Photo Entry and follow the step by step instructions stated to enter. Images must be 12mb or less.
• Entrants may be contacted at any point between 11/01/2019 to 01/02/2019. Entrants who fail to respond within any time limit given or fail to comply with any other instructions or time-limits notified to them, may forfeit their right to the prize.
• Entry will open at 09:00 on 11/01/2019 and finally close at 13:00 on 31/01/2019.
• The Competition will open and close at various times throughout the above date range for different prizes as stated on the below schedule:
• All entries submitted between 09:00 11/01/2019 to 09:00 24/01/2019 will go into the draw for a family holiday to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. One winner will be selected from all entries received and brought to air during The Breakfast Show per day between 21/01/2019 and 25/01/2019.

• All entries submitted between 09:01 24/01/2019 to 13:00 31/01/2019 will go into the draw for a family holiday from Hilton Hotels Miami Florida. One winner will be selected from all entries received and brought to air during The Breakfast Show per day between 28/01/2019 and 01/02/2019.

• Eligible entrants selected to win can win a maximum of one prize in total across all Faces For Florida competitions.

• Winning photos will be selected by the Heart FM judges based on the most creative, entertaining, relevant and feel good submissions.
• Photos will not be considered an eligible entry if they are deemed as rude, offensive, illegal or condoning dangerous behavior.
• In the event that we receive two or more entries that closely resemble the image selected as the winner on the same day, these entries will be entered into a random draw to determine the prize winner.
• The judges’ decision is final.
• Winners will be brought live to air and notified of the prize and location in Florida they have won that day. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another winner selected. If winners cannot be contacted within 24 hours or brought to air, they may forfeit their chance to win the prize.
• Winners will be notified they have won on air in the first instance and then contacted by phone within 7 days of the date the prize was won.
• By submitting a photo to https://www.heart.co.uk you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station, Global Radio, a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free license in the copyright and all other rights in and to the image including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the image, so that the Radio Station(and Global Radio) shall be entitled to use the photo in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station (and Global Radio) and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party.
• Entries may be included in an online photo gallery at https://www.heart.co.uk and shared on Heart’s social media platforms. Eligibility:
• Entry is restricted to those aged 18 years or over.
• Entry is restricted to UK residents only.
• The winner and each guest must have (at the time of travel) a valid passport for at least six (6) months after arrival in the US and all necessary visas or other required documentation to comply with applicable immigration or other travel regulations.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per draw per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
There are a total of 10 Family Holidays to Florida to be won over the competition with exact details and locations changing based on the above schedule.

Destination: Walt Disney World Resort in Florida

Five winners will receive a seven-night holiday for four including:

Specific Conditions relating to all Walt Disney World Resort Prizes:
Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort on a room only basis selected by Disney in its sole discretion.
The 1 x Disney Gift Card with a value of $1,000 can be spent in any Disney nowened shop or restaurant in Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. The gift card expires when the value of the card is zero.
Any costs incurred in addition to the prize package elements listed shall be incurred at the winner’s and/or their guests expense including but not limited to: food, drinks, transport, telephone charges, rooms service, laundry service, optional excursions, tips, souvenirs and any other incidental expenses.
Items that are not included in the package:

In the event the winner and/or any guest is unable/deemed unable to participate in any element (either due to an operator’s health & safety policy or the winner and/or any guest confirms their ability will preclude involvement) this element of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

• This prize is non-transferrable or refundable
• Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability.

• There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or part.
• Travel insurance will be processed once the winner has booked the dates of their travel. If the winner decides to extend their trip at their own expense, only the first seven nights will be covered by the supplied Travel Insurance. The winner will need to obtain travel insurance to cover their extended period. The winner and travelling party are responsible for meeting any costs related to obtaining cover for any pre-existing medical conditions.
• Winners will be responsible to apply and purchase their own ESTA visas.
• Prize does not include transfers to and from the airport in the UK.
• All Activities and Hotel reservations are subject to availability and will be agreed at time of booking.

• Holiday(s) and holiday components may not be sold, traded, transferred, and rescheduled to dates not within the fulfilment period set forth above, or refunded. Holiday(s) is/are not redeemable for cash.

• If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) guests, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating guest and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

• Return flights to Florida from a major airport in the UK. Where possible this will be the airport closest to the home of the winner.
• Winner and guests must have all necessary photo identification and/or travel documents required for travel.
• Airline and schedule are at the sole discretion of VISIT FLORIDA. Non-stop service may not be offered. Reservations are based on availability. Restrictions may apply. Certificate does not include additional baggage fees, in-flight purchases, or any additional charges imposed by the airline.
• Once airline tickets are issued, name changes are not permitted. Any changes to the itinerary after booking must be made directly with the airline and, along with any applicable fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Prize winner must be one of the passengers booked in the travel party.
• Reservations must be made at least 21 days in advance of the travel date.
• Prize Valid until 1st February 2020.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.

I think this is a weekly.....entries up to 24th get entered for 21st to 25th daily draw and then entries up to 31st get entered for 28th- 2nd daily draw.
