Faulty Kettle

Hi, can anyone help? I bought a Prolectix kettle in April and it leaks when boiling, also the lid lefts when pouring, so boiling water all over the place. The problem is I bought it from Kwiksave, who have gone out of business, and I can't find anyway to contact the manufacturer. I wasn't expensive, but that's not the point. Thank you

I don't think you have any legal comeback against the manufacturer. Unless in the box there was instruction leaflet which had details of a manufacturers guarantee, then as long you abide by those T&C's you can claim. The manufacturer is under no obligation to have a guarantee policy included in the box.
