Have you tried looking at some neighbouring properties ? It could be there is a foul up in the national database, maybe something was not transferred across during the big update, and that is what is causing your switch failure. Give them a call and find out why you don't appear on that list.

Hmm well that's what it says on my bill, it does say based on estimates which I don't understand as I've definitely had the meter reader round regular. I've not a clue if it's good or bad, I'm in an old house with a lot of rooms, in a cold place and my heating and cooking is gas.

I've messaged some people asking what companies they are with so I'll see what comes back and I'll phone tomorrow and find out why it says no info on gas supplier. TBH I'm getting a bit fed up of the whole thing. Whoever said switching was easy lol

Project nexus opened up IGT's to equal competition and no extra cost for suppliers.

Unfortunately if you're in a local distribution zones or LDZ then most suppliers won't be able to supply you.
