Can you explain the following:
1. What was the fault with it being wedged open exactly.
2. What was the mileage when you bought the car and what mileage have you covered in it.
3. Who is responsible for filling the ad blue, are you under a service pack, when did you last have the car serviced or the ad blue topped up.
4. Is the selling dealer the same as the repairing dealer.
5. At the last vehicle inspection have you asked for a list of what is inspected on that.
6. Who have you been complaining to for 12 months.
7. Does the car have a full Audi Service History and carried out by the Audi Dealer Network.
8. What date did the waranty run out and what date was the issue first reported to Audi.
Under the statute of limitations any product warranty or not should be "reasonably free from defects" however with cars, one has to consider what is and what is not a reasonable defect.0 -
