Does anyone have an email address for M and S banks ceo or the complaints e mail address

To make a complaint at a bank, you just need to ask, just email them and say you want to make a complaint.

It helps if, in this statement, you state how you believe you have been materially disadvantaged . That is - say how you have lost money or time etc. That makes the complaint regulated meaning they have to deal with it officially.

CEOs have PAs who will forward your email elsewhere, it's normally faster to speak to the frontline support team.

If you haven't started a complaint yet then following their published process at https://bank.marksandspencer.com/explore/complaints/ would seem the best place to start.

If you really feel that emailing their CEO is appropriate then there is a site listing CEO email addresses with a fairly intuitive address (that's blocked from being posted on here) that's readily found by searching....
