You need to go back to the legal docs and see if there has been any change of entity that employs the people.
It is quite possible if the redundancy(26/11/18) happened before the legal entity that was the employer changed(maybe end of December 2018)
How do you find out if there has been any change of entity?
If the employer change is legal and in less than a month before the redundancy, what is the significant of this with this case? Is it that there is a TUPE to be answered. Aman needs help on this as he needs to reply to his employer0 -
They need to go back to the employer that made them redundant with whatever claim they think they have.0

Hi yes, I know that Aman need to go back to the Employer to challenge but if Aman knows how to confirm whether there is an Employer change, then he can challenge otherwise the Employer will just frighten him and brush Aman away. that is why I am helping but I not train in legal issue so not sure what to help. If you can provide the leas and point in the right direction or clarify, I can help Aman0

For the last time - in this situation it is really not important if there has been a change of employer or not.
Convincing Aman of this and getting him to concentrate on the reasons he has for disputing the redundancy procedure itself is the way to help him.0 -
Which employer paid them?0
