Garage electrical quote help!

Having power restored to garage from my house had a quote of £450 to install
2x double sockets 2x led strip light 1x outside PIR floodlight plus the wiring from the loft to garage via the appropriate spur

quote includes parts, labour & VAT, is this a competitive quote?

Very hard for people to judge blind - none of us have seen the installation or know what type of fittings and accessories are being used etc. That said, on the face of it it sounds very reasonable.
